The Power Tumbling Gymnastics Program focuses on training athletes how to master technique and skill on the floor and trampoline. Two out of the three rotations athletes visit each week will be on a spring floor, so the majority of the time in tumbling classes is spent learning floor-based skills. This gives athletes time to develop and perfect their form and shape while learning how to tumble for gymnastics, cheerleading and other sports. If you would like to learn more about lessons on bigger height and distance tumbling, we also have a Trampoline and Tumbling program focused on training on a rod floor.
Our power tumbling classes are tailored to fit the student’s needs and abilities. We offer all levels of tumbling, from beginner to advanced. At Maximum Athletics - The Woodlands and Conroe, we use a series of drills and progressions to teach safe, fun, and successful tumbling. Our students will get the opportunity to perfect their skills on floor, trampoline, and tumble trak, providing them with a well-rounded understanding of the sport in general.
